Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified by email if there is any significant delay in your order processing.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
For US orders, we ship via our logistics partners using our standard shipping method with an estimated delivery time of 8–12 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery time: 9–15 business days (processing + shipping).
For international orders, estimated delivery time is 12–20 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery time: 13–23 business days (processing + shipping).
Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance procedures in your country, delays by the destination country's postal or courier service, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note that shipping fees are estimated based on product weight, dimensions, and destination. In cases where the actual weight or volume of the packaged goods differs from the initial estimate, additional shipping charges may apply and you will be notified accordingly.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. You can track your shipment through the tracking link provided in your confirmation email or through reliable third-party tracking platforms.
Please note that for shipments to certain international destinations, tracking information may not be updated in a timely manner. If tracking appears inactive or limited, we recommend contacting your local post office directly, as packages are sometimes held there awaiting collection.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order. Please be aware that certain regions may experience delays or difficulties in customs clearance, including but not limited to certain regions in South America, Africa, and the Middle East, which are beyond our control.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to collect from the post office, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 1–3 times. If the package remains unclaimed, it will be held at the local post office for 3–7 days before being returned. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
If a package is returned to our logistics partner due to non-delivery, it will be placed in inventory rather than automatically refunded. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during the return process.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package has not arrived within 45 days of the shipping date for US orders, or within 90 days for international orders, please contact us at support@elyssyn.com so we can open an investigation.
Please note that if tracking confirms delivery but you claim non-receipt, we will investigate however this process may take 1–2 months and we cannot guarantee a resolution. A non-delivery certification with an official seal from your local post office may be required.
Reshipment
If a product is returned to us due to reasons attributed to the customer such as an incorrect address, inability to contact you, or refusal of delivery, you may be required to cover reshipment costs. Failure to arrange reshipment may result in the loss of the product and original shipping fees.
Force Majeure & Liability Exclusions
We are not liable for any damage, loss, delay, or non-delivery of packages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, storms, heavy snow, fires, epidemics, pandemics, virus-related issues, wars, international conflicts, strikes, terrorist incidents, traffic accidents, customs inspections, or changes in government laws and regulations. We will always do our best to communicate any such disruptions promptly through available channels.
We are also not liable for delays or failures caused by the natural characteristics or inherent defects of the goods, or delays resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Prohibited Items
We do not ship counterfeit, illegal, restricted, or prohibited goods including but not limited to counterfeit products, illegal substances, or items prohibited by the destination country's laws and regulations. All products listed in our store comply with applicable laws and regulations.
